Started in 2011, still answering the phone
Ribble Valley Plumbing & Heating started as one van and a second job on a Sunday — Mark's dad doing the gas work around Walton that nobody else wanted to travel for. Fourteen years on we're a team of four engineers, all Gas Safe registered, all based in the valley. We've never chased to be the biggest; we've chased to be the number people ring back.
That means the person who answers your call knows your name if you've called before, and the engineer who turns up is the one who quoted you. No call centres, no subcontractors on the emergency line.
Mark & Dave
Founders. Mark does the gas and the big jobs; Dave is the one you're most likely to meet on a call-out. Both over 25 years in the trade.
Josh
Second-generation — started as a trainee at 18, now fully qualified and leading our bathroom team.
Sarah
Runs the phone, the quotes and the diary. If we've told you 9am to 11, Sarah is the one making sure it's true.

Every engineer Gas Safe registered (IDs on request) — legal for any gas work, and we're happy to show it before we start.
ACS certified
Accredited for central heating installation and maintenance, so your new system is installed to the standard the manufacturers require.
Fully insured
£5m public liability and employer's liability, current. Certificate available with every quote.
No-cash surprises
