Starting prices so you know what you're getting before you ring. Every job is quoted in writing before it starts — if the job turns out bigger than we both expected, we stop and re-quote.
Emergency call-out
Burst pipes, leaks, no hot water, no heating. We keep an emergency slot in every diary — ring the 24/7 line and an engineer answers. A call-out charge applies outside office hours, and it's told to you before we set off; if we fix it, the call-out is deducted from the job.

All makes and models. Annual service includes a safety check, efficiency report and filter/valve inspection. Repairs are quoted on the spot where we can, and we'll always tell you honestly when a repair isn't worth it versus a replacement.

Like-for-like or an upgrade to a condensing unit — a full written quote with two or three options, so the decision is yours. Installation, old boiler removal and first service included in the price.

Annual gas safety certificates for homeowners and landlords, with a written report you can actually read. Same engineer from start to finish, and we fix what we find — or tell you straight what's not worth fixing.
From £70 per propertyMaintenance plans
For households and landlords who'd rather not think about it until it breaks:
- Home — £18/month: annual visit, priority call-out, 10% off parts and labour on non-emergency work.
- Landlord — £25/property/month: everything in Home, plus CP12 certificate included and 48-hour priority for tenanted properties.
